BLESSED TO BE FRUITFUL... (PART 1)

Welcome to a great month! The first words and blessings that the Godhead declared over man was the blessing of fruitfulness and multiplication. This is very significant! The word blessing simply means a divine empowerment to succeed. The main scripture this morning says that God has empowered man to be fruitful and to multiply.  It is important to know that God's original intention remains His eternal purpose. God has not changed His mind concerning His people. A powerful component of His dominion mandate for man is that man will be fruitful, multiply and subdue his world. What is fruitfulness? It is the ability to reproduce. It means the power to bring forth. It is an inherent power to be productive. It usually will also mean increase and enlargement. We will be looking at these different concepts in the days ahead but suffice it to say at this time that God's way is to begin small or with a few, but places an empowerment within that small or that few to become fruitful and to multiply. If you are a child of God, you carry within you the empowerment to be fruitful in every area of your life. It is important to know that whatever God plants, builds or is involved with is fruitful and grows. This is always the will and purpose of God. This is His will for your life. God's word is His will. He desires that results should flow steadily out of your life. He desires that though you may have started small but your latter-end shall be greatly increased. He desires that a small one shall be a great nation.  If the life of God flows through you, then you must be fruitful in every area and arena of life. You cannot be barren in your body, you cannot be barren in your mind, and you cannot be barren in the work of your hands! This is God's word and mandate for you in this season.  You may have been in a place or position before today where you didn't know that you carry the ability and power to be fruitful and productive, but thank God for today, His word has set you free! Are you married and trusting God for the fruit of the womb? Rejoice; you will not be barren. Has your Christian life been empty, unfulfilled and barren? Rejoice; you will not be barren anymore. A new fire is coming upon you this month.  Has your relationships been unfruitful? Rejoice; God will bring you into relationships that will be fruitful and will be a blessing. Has your career and business not been fruitful? Rejoice; a new season of fruitfulness is here! It is so important this month that you continually fill your heart and spirit with God's word of fruitfulness, multiplication, dominion and increase. It is His word and will!! As you start this new month, do not allow your physical situations and circumstances to rule your world this month, allow God's eternal word and intention to rule your world and situations.  Think His word, speak His word!! As His first words were to Adam and Eve, so are His words to you on this first day of the new month of September: "Be fruitful and multiply, subdue your world and replenish it. Fill your world!!" Have a great month!

Today's Prayer: Lord Jesus, I believe your word. Release upon me this first day of the month your divine enablement and capacity to be exceedingly fruitful in all that concerns me and all that I engage in this month. Help me to walk continually in the understanding that I carry the power to be fruitful. May I and my loved ones rule and walk in fruitfulness and dominion this new day and month.  Thank you Lord Jesus.
