1. Your name is written in the Lamb's book of life, in heaven - Luke 10:20
2. For the gift of Jesus - Romans 8:32
3. You are alive - Psalms 150:6
4. For personal blessings, victories and answered prayers this year.
5. For blessing you with things you didn't ask for this year.
6. For help and helpers that He sent this year
7. For His word and revelation that came this year that produced faith in us this year.
8. For our family and loved ones.
9. For unanswered prayers and for things that did not happen this year (yet).
10. He expects us to return.
11. To tell Him that we have not forgotten His many benefits.
12. Thanking Him in advance for  anticipation of your perfection.  - Psalms 138:8
