INWARD PREPARATION FOR AN OUTWARD MANIFESTATION.
Every genuine and lasting change must begin first from the inside. Our transformation and reformation as a people and as individuals must begin internally. The dramatic transformation from the caterpillar to the beautiful butterfly takes place internally in the dark cocoon. The scriptures today are very powerful and insightful. Your newness must begin from the inside. You must develop new wineskins to accommodate the coming move of God in your life. Wineskins represent our belief systems, our faith, our philosophies, psychology and culture. It represents our culture, our visions and dreams. Heaven is set to release new paradigms, ideas and concepts into your life at this time. Can your "wineskins” receive and run what God is set to do. You must be ready to receive the new thing God is set to do in your life, family and destiny. It will begin with a new and radical change in mindset, paradigms and thought processes. The additional Bible reading today challenges us to put off the old man with all its limitations. It further challenges us to put on the new man created after Christ Jesus. This man walks by faith and obedience to the word. This man is not afraid. This new man has no limits and chooses not to be controlled by physical realities. The first thing that needs to be new is you. The old you has to give way to the new things God wants to do in your life. Every new day make conscious efforts to renew your mind with the spiritual realities of that season. Bring yourself daily into a conscious alignment with God and His ever new purposes for your life. Shalom!
Question and Reflection of the Day: Are you ready to remove the old so that the new from God can come?
Today's Prayer: Lord Jesus, teach me how to become a new wineskin so that I can accommodate the new treasure that you want to release to me. Bless my day, Lord Jesus.
